Flax-Brazil Nut Bread With Italian Herbs

Tools: Blender or grinder to make flax meal, food processor.


Ingredients:
3 cups of flax (ground)
1 cup of brazil nut (ground)
1 apple grated
½ cup of raisins (optional)
½ cup of sundried tomatoes
½ onion
1 cup fresh basil
1 small bunch spring onion
1 ½ tsp salt
6 TBS psyllium husk
2 TBS olive oil
Mixed dried herbs
A little water

Directions:
Grind flax seeds separately in mill or blender.
Grind brazil nuts in processor with S blade and add the ground flax and all other ingredients except water and psyllium. Blend together and add water in controlled doses until the mix forms a firm, sticky (but not wet) dough. Mould the dough into a loaf and cut into thin slices (1/4 inch). Place slices on mesh sheets, spinkle some mixed dried herbs and dehydrate at 110 F in a dehydrator for 1 to 2 hours.
